Rianne Meijerman

Rianne’s professional journey is rich and diverse and showcases a blend of executive leadership, strategic advisory roles and hands-on operational involvement, particularly in the field of digital transformation, customer experience optimisation, marketing and e-commerce.

She has held significant roles across general management, marketing and sales at companies as health & beauty retailer A.S. Watson and Philips consumer electronics.

In working with various portfolio companies of PE-firms, she observed first-hand what a great asset experienced leaders are to prepare companies for the next phase of growth. Yet for fast growing companies, this talent might not be available internally and is initially not needed on a full-time basis either. After doing interim assignments herself, she decided to start Flex4Growth to fulfil this need for “dynamic leadership”.
